The Iwamoto Archive preserves more than a century and a half of documents, correspondence, engineering drawings, photographs, journals and artefacts that together record the history of the House from its founding in 1877 to the present day.

Each item has been carefully conserved, catalogued and presented within its historical context. Some record significant moments in the growth of the House; others capture the quieter details of daily life, personal relationships and the decisions that shaped generations. Together they provide a continuous record of the people, places and principles that forged the character of the Iwamoto House.

The collection is not intended simply to preserve the past, but to ensure that its lessons remain accessible to future generations. Through these records, visitors are invited to explore the individuals whose lives, service and commitment carried the ki of the House forward, and to discover how their legacy continues to shape the Iwamoto Corporation today.
